Terms and Conditions (2025 CAMELBAK OUTDOOR)

2025 CAMELBAK OUTDOOR Order Terms and Conditions:
        
Spring Booking order must be placed by September 30th, 2024. Delivery may be requested for any single date between February 1 and March 31, 2025.        
        
CANCELLATIONS:    
    
A 10% fee will be applied to all order cancellations made after September 30th, 2024. Cancellations affecting discount totals on portions of orders already shipped will result in re-invoicing.        
        
MARKETPLACE GUIDE LINES:
        
Without prior written consent, dealer may not advertise or sell OGC products at any non-authorized location or on any online marketplace or auction websites.        
We reserve the right to increase prices between the order placement date and the order ship date should there be increases in prices from our suppliers or transportation providers.        
        
Spring Booking Order Payment Terms        
"Shipments to February 28, 2025:
1/3 April 1, 1/3 May 1, 1/3 June 1, 2025"        
"Shipments after February 28, 2025:
1/3 30 days following the ship date; 1/3 60 days; 1/3 90 days"
