Terms & Conditions (OPUS 2025)

• 2025 preseason order must be submitted by August 15th, 2024 with a single requested delivery date no later than March 30th, 2025.
            
• Cancellations to preseason orders after August 15th, 2024 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
        
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
            
• Clearout bikes may be included as part of preseason orders but are counted at 50% of their dollar value in calculating preseason order program levels. And the total dollar value of clearouts should not exceed 25% of the non-clearout total. Subject to availability at time order is placed. 

• Booking discount does not apply to clearouts. Clearout bikes sent prior November 1st get 180 days terms and bikes shipped after November 1st get booking terms (¼, April, May, June and July)
            
• Freight on in season orders is as per our flat-rate policy. Orders for bikes from all OGC bike brands, including clearouts, may be combined to reach flat rate thresholds.  OGC reserves the right to change freight rates at its discretion.      

FLAT RATE POLICY :

• Flat Rate for 1 BIKE ; $65
• Flat Rate for 2 BIKES ; $120 (or $60 per bike).
• Flat Rate between 3 and 7 BIKES ; $155 
• Flat Rate for more than 7 BIKES ; $165
• A surcharge may apply on oversize box such as e-bike. Rate will be adjusted depending on destination.
• Freight is prepaid for order exceeding $7500.      

            
• Payments must be made on schedule for discounts to apply.
