2024 BRAND SUPPORT PROGRAM
Our 2024 Brand Support Program offers the choice of booking each brand category listed above at one-half, one, two, three or four point (level four on selected brands only) levels.
Total points accumulated determine full-season discounts.
DISCOUNT APPLIES TO BOTH BOOKING AND IN-SEASON ORDERS:
In season discounts are not applicable to clearouts
We reserve the right to change prices between the date of the order confirmation and the date of shipment of the order.
* With the exception of Unior Shop Solutions. Discounts apply only to booking orders for Unior Shop Solutions. Single-unit prices will apply to in-season orders.
PRE-SEASON ORDER:
Orders must be placed by September 30th, 2023 with delivery scheduled for any single date between February 1 and March 31, 2024.
Booking order minimum: $5,000
Must book level one in a brand to be listed on dealer locator.
Pre-season orders with a value of at least $12,500 received by OGC no later than September 30th, 2023 qualify for a 2% discount.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Shipments to February 28, 2024: 1/3 April 1, 1/3 May 1, 1/3 June 1, 2024
Shipments after February 28, 2024: 1/3 30 days following the ship date; 1/3 60 days; 1/3 90 days
All Spring Booking Orders qualify for prepaid freight with exceptions noted above (* *)
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations to preseason orders after September 30, 2023 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations affecting discount totals on portions of orders already shipped will result in re-invoicing.
MARKETPLACE GUIDE LINES:
Without prior written consent dealer may not advertise or sell OGC Products on any non-authorized locations, or any online marketplace or auction websites.
CORE PRODUCTS:
CORE products designation: OGC's goal is to provide dealers with the opportunity to reorder parts & accessories throughout the season to maximize inventory turns and cash flow.
That means we'll make exceptional efforts to ensure that we have these products in stock twelve months of the year for as long as the products remain current.
Of course, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from our suppliers, that leave us in an 'out of stock' situation, even with CORE products. However, our goal is to make every reasonable effort to have CORE products available at all times.
INSEASON TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Credit terms with post-dated cheques may be offered once bank and industry references have been submitted and approved. Overdue accounts shall be assessed interest on the unpaid portion at an annual rate of eighteen percent, calculated monthly until paid.
Goods are shipped F.O.B. our Montreal or Vancouver warehouses. Claims for loss of or damage to goods in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be filed directly with the carrier. Short shipments must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Defective goods should be returned shipping prepaid. A 15% percent restocking charge will be applied to all goods returned other than those deemed defective and unrepairable by Outdoor Gear Canada unless shipped in error by OGC.
100% of ground freight charges may be deducted from regularly- priced parts & accessories orders with a net value of $1000.00 or more provided payment is made on time and per terms.
Minimum order: $250. All orders with a net value of less than $250 will be assessed a $20.00 processing surcharge.
Because of fluctuations in the value of the Canadian dollar relative to other trading currencies and the current pricing volatility in the supply chain, we reserve the right to alter prices between the order date and the ship date. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
All merchandise, present and future, delivered by OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA to the retailer (buyer) shall remain the sole property of OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA, until all sums due to OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA whether invoiced or not, have been fully paid. All contrary indications on invoices or statements or any other documents which OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA may furnish will not have the effect of modifying OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA’s reserve of right of ownership.
