INSEASON TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Credit terms with post-dated cheques may be offered once bank and
industry references have been submitted and approved. Overdue
accounts shall be assessed interest on the unpaid portion at an
annual rate of eighteen percent, calculated monthly until paid.
Goods are shipped F.O.B. our Montreal or Vancouver warehouses. Claims
for loss of or damage to goods in transit are the responsibility of the
purchaser and should be filed directly with the carrier. Short shipments
must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Defective goods should be returned shipping prepaid. A 15%
percent restocking charge will be applied to all goods returned
other than those deemed defective and unrepairable by
Outdoor Gear Canada unless shipped in error by OGC.
100% of ground freight charges may be deducted from regularlypriced parts & accessories orders with a net value of $1000.00
or more provided payment is made on time and per terms.
Because of fluctuations in the value of the Canadian dollar relative
to other trading currencies and the current pricing volatility in the
supply chain, we reserve the right to alter prices between the order
date and the ship date. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
All merchandise, present and future, delivered by
OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA to the retailer (buyer) shall
remain the sole property of OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA,
until all sums due to OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA whether
invoiced or not, have been fully paid. All contrary indications
on invoices or statements or any other documents which
OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA may furnish will not have the effect of
modifying OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA’s reserve of right of ownership.
