BOOKING PRE-SEASON PROGRAM TERMS
• 2024 preseason order must be submitted by October 13th, 2023 with a single expected delivery date no later than March 31st, 2024
• Payments must be made on schedule for discounts to apply.
• Substitutions to booking orders requested after January 1, 2024, may be made subject to availability.
• Freight on in season orders is as per our flat-rate policy. Orders for bikes from all OGC bike brands, including clearouts, may be combined to reach flat rate thresholds. OGC reserves the right to change freight rates at its discretion.

• In-season orders invoiced with net 30-day terms
CONDITIONS:
Because of fluctuations in the value of the Canadian dollar relative to other trading currencies and the current pricing volatility in the supply chain, we reserve the right to alter prices between the order date and the ship date. Prices do not include applicable taxes
CANCELLATIONS:
A 10% fee will be applied to all order cancellations made after October 13th, 2023. Cancellations affecting discount totals on portions of orders already shipped will result in re-invoicing.
MARKETPLACE GUIDE LINES:
Without prior written consent dealer may not advertise or sell OGC Products on any non-authorized locations, or any online marketplace or auction websites.
