WINTER BOOKING ORDER:
• Pre-season order must be placed by February 26th, 2024.
• Pre-season order discounts will also apply to in-season orders
• Delivery may be requested for any single date between September 1st and November 15th, 2024."
Because of the continuing and unprecedented turmoil in global supply chains, we reserve the right to increase prices on the 2024-25 Camelbak pre-season program between the time of order placement and shipment, should there be unexpected additional price increases from our suppliers or freight forwarders.
CANCELLATIONS:
• A 10% fee will be applied to all order cancellations made after
February 26th, 2024. Cancellations affecting discount totals on portions
of orders already shipped will result in re-invoicing."
FREIGHT:
SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Freight discounts are based on the value
of each shipment. Credit terms with post-dated cheques may be offered once bank and
industry references have been submitted and approved. Overdue accounts shall be
assessed interest on the unpaid portion at an annual rate of 18%, calculated monthly until
paid. Goods are shipped F.O.B. our Montreal or Vancouver warehouse. Claims for loss of
or damage to goods in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be filed
directly with the carrier. Short shipments must be reported to us within 72 hours of
receipt of the shipment. Defective goods should be returned shipping prepaid. A 15%
percent restocking charge will be applied to all goods returned other than those deemed
defective and unrepairable by Outdoor Gear Canada. Because of fluctuations in the value of
the Canadian dollar relative to other trading currencies, we reserve the right to alter prices
between the order date and the ship date. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. All merchandise, present and future, delivered by
OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA to the retailer (buyer) shall remain the sole property of
OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA, until all sums due to OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA whether invoiced
or not, have been fully paid. All contrary indications on invoices or statements or any other
documents which OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA may furnish will not have the effect of
modifying OUTDOOR GEAR CANADA's reserve of right of ownership.
